Brew City HDI Panel Discussion | Attracting & Retaining Diverse Technology Talent in Milwaukee

Attracting and retaining diverse talent in technology is a challenge for many companies.  It’s not only the right thing to do, it’s critical to their success.

Building a high-performance team that is reflective of the communities in which we live and serve is extremely important. Diverse teams are proven to perform better through innovation, problem solving and challenging the status quo.

Many IT Leaders are leveraging best practices within their technology organizations to attract, retain and mentor diverse talent. So we’d like to engage in a thought-provoking conversation with these individuals.

There will be a panel of four Technology Leaders/Executives who are passionate about attracting and retaining diverse technology talent in Milwaukee. We encourage and welcome your participation!
